One of the key aspects of a good punishment enema is the terrible distress it causes. Whether it is from a large dose of glycerin, milk and molasses, or lemon juice and soap, the terrible distress that the enema causes makes the punishment worth while.

The cramps and things may be bad but having to hold it when everything in butt is telling you to GO makes it incredibly distressing.

Watching the poor victim groan, dance from foot to foot, squeeze their butt cheeks together and bend over holding their churning stomach is the best entertainment I know.

Then there sometimes comes the high squeal followed by an unplanned release that is horribly embarrassing as the knowledge that once it starts to come out there is no stopping it and further punishment will result.

That further punishment will be much more severe than the enema too!
