OHN/Kristina has always had good information and informative videos. I have purchased from her as well as seeing her for an "Enema Series" when I was in Madison, Wisconsin for a seminar.

It's unfortunate that there aren't additional providers throughout the US that are as knowledgeable and trustworthy as she is.

There are some of us who grew up in a family where enemas were quite common and effective to address various issues. I apologize if I'm butting into a predominately female site, but the closure of the other forum necessitated seeking new locations to share information.

I see the other postings and recognize their contributions here and elsewhere. Hopefully, the enema becomes more mainstream in the younger generations!
