omg yes in a strange way I enjoyed knowing was going to be given an enema and getting it.

Same as you, my mom, aunt (who was a nurse -- who gave enemas for most any ill), and older woman who babysat (she was a former nurse).

Got most of the enemas on the kitchen table. Also when she was ready to give the enema legs were held up some in the air. Like you told...held at ankles

Only time I remember a on looker when I was getting an enema was the woman from next door would come over all the time to talk. She helped my mom or aunt.

Also was exciting for me when I knew another person was going to be given an enema. Or over heard one of the moms telling they gave an enema.
