Subject: Old Fashioned Enemas?

I've been reading many posts here and elsewhere, regarding the use of enemas for various reasons and effects. I've seen posters that I may recognize from the various blogs and sites.

I'm intrigued by an apparent generational grouping in terms of aging and other demographics. Many here seem to be of similar vintage as myself, and many of the natural/raw health sites seem to attract a younger generation who use coffee and other herbs and solutions as opposed to the old 3H style enemas that many of us oldsters were all too familiar with.

I know my grandma and mom were well into the use of this simple procedure and perhaps pleasure? Grandma would be well over 100 and mom nearing 100. That vintage equipment still adorns many bathrooms and occasionally appears at estate sales etc. I cherish my holdovers.

Do many here enjoy coffee enemas or are those old fashioned soap or saline solutions favored? I assume that those who post here are very experienced and very willing to educate or mentor others which is certainly a positive thing.

I do appreciate that you women are willing to post your thoughts and tolerate our male perspectives!
