I think it's great that many of you gals find enemas to be an effective treatment for the various maladies that we all experience. I enjoy reading your posts inasmuch as I was raised during those decades when enemas were far more common. Mom, grandma, and our pediatrician prescribed them often. Mom and grandma were willing to educate and mentor others.

Now that some of us are in our 70's, reminiscing, discussing, and practicing the use of enemas may evoke many of those memories from long ago. Hopefully, we all find some degree of R&R from sites such as this.
