Sorry for the delay, yes, the neighbor lady who occasionally gave me an enema did give her 2 daughters enemas as well (they were my 2 best friends for a long time and I'm still in contact with one to this day. There were a couple times where the reverse was carried out and my mom gave one of her daughters an occasional enema, and yes, her daughters caught a glimpse of me with a nozzle in my rear and the other way around. As far as the other question about bulb enemas I only recall being on the kitchen table, mom may have used the changing table when I was younger, but I don't recall that.
