Carol A , Krystal, and others, I apologize if I'm butting into your exchange, but I've been following you gals in the various forums and blogs. I did already post on this thread regarding OHN and Kristina, and have very positive thoughts. I am available for private messaging at my email address and have communicated with others in the past.

Relative to 1-piece bulb syringes, I regularly see them available on EBAY, AMAZON, TEMU, and other online sites. I have a couple of them. The largest ones are somewhat difficult to utilize for self administration, especially as we age and tend to lose strength in our hands. They seem to work for a quickie to merely trigger a BM with small volume.
The one's with removable nozzles seen to be easier to clean and dry. A gravity enema bag works wonders and can be hung for easy self administration even when on the toilet.

Obviously, it is most desirable to have someone to assist in administration. It is likely that two women can do this without challenges, but us stubborn, machoistic types can't have a male friend without creating other challenges. Perhaps that is why some of us monitor sites such as this.

Besides, us old farts likely grew up getting enemas from our moms and grandmas and have come to appreciate the efficacy of a well administered enema! It's just challenging to find other administrators such as OHN or colon hydro-therapists.

Best wishes or "Hugs and Blessings" to each of you!
