It's great that you find a sense of relief and pleasure after a good enema. It's also great that you can share this simple procedure and pleasure with others.

I have used them since quite young and also take pre-emptive enemas when toilet facilities are few and far between. I do use them before extended work responsibilities or recreational endeavors as well.
