Subject: Enemas Given In The 50's & 60's

Ahhh such fond memories of our getting our weekly enemas whether we needed them or not was the 'usual routine' for those of us in the 50's household; watching mom or an aunt take a bar of ivory soap and boil it in a pot on the stove, watching the red 2 quart enema bag with the long black douche nozzle red hose being taken out of the davol box that was behind the toliet or in the towel closet, and seeing the jar of vasolene opened and the nozzle getting lubed along with our butts and told to stand in the shower and bend over while getting filled up with warm soapy water and told to hold it..didn't have the double latex bardex nozzle then..oh my...our little willie certainly was getting some weird reactions...as told..this was just a normal reaction for a boy to have...and still do!
