No and yes.

The smell of poo changes with time and you can tell if someone is constipated by the smell of the poo.

At first, the poo smells like it does when you poo without an enema.

After a while, with an enema that was really effective, you start to pass poo from further up in your bowel and this smells different.

A punishment enema experience can vary greatly depending on solution used, speed it's given, retention time, and nozzle.
A 3H soapy enema given with a colon tube inserted high can be pretty tough, but nothing compared to an M & M given with an inflatable butt plug nozzle.

Punishment enemas tend to be given by dominants and they have really no way of judging how much discomfort or pain or damage they are causing to the recipient, so great caution is required. There is a very real possibility of harm.
