The second enema is now due. This will be administered by a man which adds a new dimension to the punishment. While the first enema was given by a woman, the second by a male adds a new psychological dimension to the punishment for both subjects.
For the second enema cramping and distress are the primary starting elements. The man I play with loves to use a “Model C Large Tip Flexible Silicone Nozzle” which is available from siliconenozzles.com. This nozzle is about 12 inches long and about 1.5 inches in diameter and thus reaches very deep up the ass. Its insertion is a punishment in itself and it makes a great retention device (and is very flexible too).
Both subjects will clearly know that they have been invaded and the worse is yet to come. For solutions, nothing is better to use than a quart of milk and molasses. It will cause incredible cramping and agony as long as the nozzle is in place (and for some time thereafter).
While that is bad, the next part of the punishment is even worse. Both subjects will have a foley urinary catheter inserted and plugged. For men this is particularly agonizing but it for women it is not easy or pleasurable by any means. After the catheters have been inserted and plugged, the subjects should be made to drink two bottles of water to add to the discomfort.
After about 20 minutes of dire cramping and distress the subjects can be allowed to self-remove the enema nozzle and release on bedpans. Now the real torment begins as with the catheters in place they cannot pee. This creates terrible distress and agony as they release the enemas. In most cases we only remove the catheters after the subjects provide some oral satisfaction to others male to male, female to female to make matters worse.

And just a note to those who have written me privately I appreciate your correspondence even if it does take a while for me to get back to you (perhaps I require punishment for that!).
