I would pickup Livan and Rusch. Livan will pick it up Lokk at his numbers the past few yrs. April is his worst month. He is like a whole another pitcher from about the middle of May on. Last Yr April 0-4 May-Sept 17-7. Rusch will come around. Ramon Ortiz is a rookie and will have up and downs. I like Rusch better than Burkett or the long haul. If you have an IR and can wait on Smoltz than hold onto him. I don't know what kind of value he can bring you though. Lieter - you will have to have a little patience with. You team will responsed in the long run. Don't trade anyone below value. Vald is worth a Mussina or Schilling anything less and you are selling low.
