We oldsters have seen the decline of education in current schools. Also the decline in morals, character and especially family values. There are many causes for the acceleration of school violence and shootings. The greatest danger to schools comes from the edicts sent up from the bowels of Hades by the Dept. of Education(DOE) in D.C. Money supplied by the Feds gives them control of all local districts that opt to accept the chains that bind. Until local public/Federal schools divest themselves of any support from the Feds, local taxpayors can kiss control goodbye. Dump/abolish the DOE. We seniors can recall when schools were better prior to the DOE taking charge. Better in more ways than we can recall.
