She repeats this several times then takes the wooden sword and leveled it 'bout waist level.She remember her horse back riding lessons and adjusted her elbow so it was just about right. She then took the 'sword' and thrusted it so the 'pommel' was at her waist and the point below her waist. She imagined a slash and step back a few feet. She did this over and over again before she thought is was better. She would then see what she had done wrong before practing the other move.
