As I previously described, the stench in the auto was literally sickening. And it was this god awful smell that led me to my discovery. You see, when I let the window down a bit to relieve my affronted nose, I realized that if, as I had been told, this woman had pulled into her garage with the motor running more than forty hours ago, the gas tank would have, at some point, run out. And with the ignition still engaged, after the fuel has been used, the battery would soon have been as dead as the poor victim. The fact that I could still operate the automatic window was proof enough to me that this woman was murdered elsewhere and brought here later to disguise the crime.
A shame none of you saw that.
It's a fine vintage you're *hic* missing.
Cheerio!
