Subject: Cavorting in with eager pleasure, the large hatchling waits expectantly for his lifemate.

What's this place for? He asks in hushed awe as he observes the other dragons. Reassuringly, the boy pats his bronze's hide, an agile grin shimmering on his features.

"For cleaning you up, dirty!" So saying, he snags a bucket of warm water and cautions Kadoth. "Shut those eyes, it's gonna be a toss." Heaving the splash of warm water on the immense youngster, he gently scrubs away the meat scraps from the forearms and the egg residue from the delicate pinions. Kadoth rumbles his pleasure as the boy methodically removes all the grime and detestable traces from the shining bronze hide.

I like being clean, A'rak. Kadoth sighs happily, waiting in eager expectation for the next step of the operation. Fetching a slightly used rag, he dips it in the resilient oil and carefully recites the entire hide with it, careful to catch the elbows and itchy spots with a liberal smothering of oil.

"Good, because you'll need this alot, Kadoth! Now where to? Sleepy?"

A little, but you want to see the rest of the hatching.

"True, I want to see my sister and her friends Impress, but you come first, Kadoth. They know it and I do too." Nodding as though expecting that answer, the bronze heads out decidedly.

Sleep, then! I'm very, very sleepy. Again leading the way, Kadoth leads the pair to the Barracks.
