�S'kar? S'kar?� he says, nudging his sleeping rider. �S'kar, wake up!�

The boy stirs, and looks up into the whirling blue eyes of his dragon. "So it wasn't a dream," he whispers.

�No, it wasn't. I itch, S'kar. Oil me!�

S'kar comes fully awake. "Of course! Let me get the oil." He grabs the jar of oil and rubs it onto Raskith's hide. When he is finished, he steps back, surveying his handiwork. "There. You look great. Now what? Are you hungry?"

�I want to see the final Hatchings. There are three eggs left, I think.� Raskith stands and moves quickly towards the entrance.

"Wait for me!" S'kar cries, racing after his dragon.
