"Not young, S'arn?" Alara chuckles wearily. "And just how old are, you, grandfather?" She reaches over to grab the food, breathing in the aromas deeply. Bringing it to her, she nearly drops it. Was it that full? Chowder is heavy, she admits to herself.

*It's not heavy. You are tired. Don't spill it,* she warns. Aghath, realizing that she is in danger of beating the others with her wings, lowers them, anf folds the them against her body. *Thank you for bringing food, S'arn, Virth,* she adds empathatically, twisting her neck to look at the brown.

Alara grimaces, then proceeds to ignore her dragon. She begins to eat, slowly: the continuous motion of bringing food to her mouth and back to the bowl is rather wearing. "You should be glad that I didn't 'do this' in one of the weyrs on the top level," she jests, beginning on the cheese.
