Creth, feed quickly. I want to get back to A'ron

The brownrider watched his dragon devour a large buck. his face as pale as wax. He felt like a traitor, leaving A'ron for a queen flight.

Don't feel bad. There were two other weyrmates out there besides you.
W'yntr, and R'ko. Garneth and Rikkith, yes, I know.

M'klern felt sick. Blood didn't make him squeamish, usually, but then, Creth was usually a neat eater. In the after effect of being in a flight, he was eating so messily, blood and guts everywhere, M'klern felt nauseated.

Could eat, neater, maybe?

The brown asked so pleadingly that M'klern chuckled through his pallor.

Creth picked out a big wherry next, killing it by clamping his teeth around its throat.
