The 8yo I babysit had a vaginal yeast infection, and I had to give her a suppository in her vagina. Her mother showed me how to do it. The medicine is a very small pill and the applicator is also small, so it didn't hurt her at all. I was scared I would hurt her when I had to give it to her, but she held really still and I was careful. The key is to make sure she relaxes completely, then it is easy.
