Subject: Spanking for potty accidents

I babysit a 3yo boy who is mostly potty trained, but not completely. He still wets himself once in a while. His mom is very impatient with him and wants him trained ASAP. She's told me that I'm supposed to whip his bare penis with a plastic flyswatter every time he wets himself. The other day he had an accident and while I was cleaning him up, before putting clean clothes on (he was naked) he kept crying and covering his penis with his hands. So I think his mom really does this. I think it's abuse and don't want to do it, but I don't want to lose this job. What should I do?
