Elizabeth,

Maybe you told us in the original thread, but what did he do to deserve this? Does feminizing fit the crime?

Also, threatening him with a severely humiliating, public embarrassment, then relenting seems like poor parenting to me, frankly. Two reasons.

A. Why put him through the emotional whipsaw of the threat when you had no intention of following through? What value did that internal conflict have for him?

B. Threatening a severe punishment, then relenting is inconsistent and does not engender respect for you, but confusion and uncertainty. I suspect it might make him secretive.
