I first got put back into nappies when I was eleven. I'd just started big school and thought I was big and clever. My Mummy and Daddy decided I needed to be taken down a peg.

So if I ever got too big for my boots I'd be across Mummy or Daddy's lap for a spanking, and then Mummy would take me upstairs and put me back into nappies. It was so humiliating, especially as my little sister would then see me in my babyish outfit.
