A female relative stormed out of the room at a spanking scene on Wagon Train. I don’t know kid it reminded her of her own spankings, but have you ever seen a movie or TV spanking that resembled the way you were spanked?

I've only seen ones that superficially resemble the way I was spanked, the severity most kids are spanked in real life just would be too controversial a watch and detract too much from the film and it's pacing, so it'll typically show the first few swats before fading off or cutting away, also much more likely to be clothed in movies.

Real spanking's are often more chaotic than portrayed in fiction even adult spanking videos trying to recreate it don't capture it, the film I seen I guess which captures the chaos the best is Junges Licht (translates to - Young Light) from 2016.
