I have never paddled myself, but I have been a witness several times, and have never observed this, nor heard an administrator make a comment to this effect. I hope you are not really a Texas school administrator. I am a supporter of cp. But, I have heard grumblings about creepiness like this. No administrator has ever made a comment but being a witness I can certainly see the difference between a small petite student, boy or girl, I've seen both, receiving the three swats. It sure looke to me that there is more effort put into the swats being administered to the larger as opposed to the smaller student. I doubt anyone would openly admit this but I'm right there watching and I see a difference. I agree with you. Maybe it's time to look for different disciplinary methods.
