Will agree being de-clothed with siblings or others is right up there.
I used to hate how mom would talk on the phone to seemingly everyone and tell them how she'd just spanked me. Then if I saw one of those people shortly thereafter, the smug smiles, the stupid questions like how is that bottom of yours, it was as if everyone was having a good laugh at my expense or trying to embarrass me further with the smiles and dumb questions.

Vicky, Yes, having my panties pulled down in front of my younger stepsister (and others) was the most embarrassing part of my spankings. But my desperate bawling/kicking and then spanking dance was humiliating.
I didn't get to see my stepsis spanked often, but when I did it was glorious! Unless I was next.
Who are your siblings?
Like your mom, my stepmom had no problem openly discussing how she spanked me, insult to injury. But worse was she allowed my stepsister to describe seeing me get spanked - to cousins/relatives.
"Bessie was bawling! Her butt got SOOO red!" etc.
