Yes, bathbrushes hurt. That's why they're one of my favorite implements. :) I've used them on myself as well, because I enjoy the sensation. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, though.
There will be a lot of dozens. Hundreds of swats, probably. Most of them won't be very hard, because I don't want her bottom going numb. I want her to feel it the whole time. I plan on pacing it carefully to avoid her getting too used to it or having it become absolutely unbearable.
I'll pull her panties down after she's laid across my lap in order to preserve some modesty. I'm not sure whether she'll wear pants or a skirt, though I think she usually prefers dresses and skirts. She may have to stand in the corner, depending on how she behaves. If she tries to throw her hands back, I'll hold her wrist. In that situation, a few things would be negotiable based on what you need and want and what you're willing to accept. However, once you agreed to a certain set of rules and gave me authority over certain aspects of your life, I wouldn't allow you to withdraw that willy-nilly. For example, let's say we agreed that I would be in charge of a curfew. If you wanted to go out later than the curfew I set, you would have to ask permission. If I denied permission, you wouldn't be allowed to decide you no longer wanted me to set a curfew for you.
If, in that situation, you chose to disobey and stay out late anyway, I would take you over my knee and give you a good, hard spanking. After I finished spanking you, I would make you write an essay on the importance of honoring your agreements and why what you did was wrong. Not everyone likes the idea of essays or lines as consequences, but I think they're very effective for adults. (I wouldn't use writing as a punishment for children, because I don't want them developing negative associations with writing.)
There are certain rules I wouldn't negotiate because I view them as a requirement for living in my house and being under my charge. Which chores you would do would be negotiable, but doing them wouldn't be. If you slacked off on your chores without discussing why you needed a little leeway, you would get a reminder and a few swats. If you didn't immediately do your chores after the reminder, you would get an actual spanking.
You would have to spend a certain amount of time studying and show me your college portal regularly so that I could see which assignments you had due. If you turned anything in late, you would get a spanking and be on restrictions until you got back on track.
We would create a schedule together for you to follow. You would have to do a certain amount of studying every day and internet usage would be limited to specific break times until you had finished that day's studying and chores.
I would expect to be treated with respect and I would help you learn healthy communication skills. If you had a problem with any of the rules or expectations, I would be open to discussing it. I would not, however, tolerate rudeness. If we discussed something, my decision would be final. If it reached the point where you hated a choice I made, your options would be to accept that you didn't have to like it but you had to follow it, or to move out.
Consequences would involve spankings, corner time, essays or lines, and groundings. I also like the idea of mouth-soaping or hot sauce, but that one is more flexible.
Aside from the rules and consequences, I would also expect to have family-style dinners (which you'd be welcome to invite guests to) and regular activities like going to the museum or watching a movie together.
