I suspect that all the young people in your house can recount a version of your Brother-in-law's visit! What did he use on them that time? Some implement he brought with him? Did you really give a dreaded "Second" right on top of the spanking from him?
Anyone who has really actually had a second spanking knows just how "influential" they are!
In my scouting days, a kid refused a second beltline run and forced the rest of us to run, claiming that someone deliberately him in the front. Of course, no one did it on purpose but as you no doubt know, doubled belts wrap around and it was just an accident, IF, and it is a big "IF", it happened at all. The kid who made this claim then proceeded to quit the group.

My oldest boy when he turned 13 was when he resisted and fought me over getting a spanking. I called my brother-in-law and he came and scolded him and gave him 5 swats with his belt on the bare bottom. He stood and watched me give him the spanking he deserved with hand and paddle. He told all the kids if they resist and fight me over a spanking, he will gladly come over and whip their butts with the belt then get their spanking from me. It has not happened since the first time with my son.

According to the internet yes but most of that is just fetishist narrative and not factual. In real life boys get it more because we aren't as well behaved as girls. In real life there aren't many spankings period.

Also take into consideration that, for people who are not kinky about spanking, hitting a girl is a less natural response due to traditional feelings about masculinity and femininity. Old-fashioned ideas about boys are that they are or should be tougher and better equipped to absorb hard physical contact. Parents and schools that use corporal punishment tend to be old-fashioned in their feelings about things. Would not be surprising then, if boys still get spanked more often than girls like it was years ago.

It is a good thing that their uncle by law was able to come over and assist you. It is quite amazing how just five belt licks on the bare bottom could make such a powerful impression on your whole family!
I hope you went easy on him when it was your turn. A second spanking on an already red and sore bottom always feels so unfair and, of course, it hurts so much more. Did you ever get a second right on top of your first? The sting is so magnified by having spanks land on an already spanked bottom. What did you think of when each spank's sting sank into your mind and onto your bare, red bottom -- no matter where it landed.
