yes I have been the (un)fortunate recipient of spanking advice from a relative/onlooker, more than once
my Grandmother was not slow to advise mum on where, how and how hard to spank, often exhorting her to slap the tops of his legs SLAP the tops of his legs, while mum attended to my bare sore backside over her lap
