I often wish I could find a younger girl, around late teens or early twenties, who I could let move into one of my extra bedrooms and then mentor them. I'd like to set up a study schedule and work with them to develop a self-care routine and discipline them if they didn't follow those. I've had two girls live with me previously, who really could've used some discipline, but there was no sign of interest and I wasn't going to push it on them. I have a professor, well I actually don't have a class with her this semester and probably wont again, but I hang out in her office 2 or 3 times a week and I really like her.
