I've also seen comics with thosde scenarios but I think those were more like adult comics and were just fantasy. So, does anybody know if that really happened? It happened somewhere, like it probably happens today. Some people in positions of power can be ignorant of the risks, or predatory enough to take the risk. Some who are abused might keep quiet about it in order to keep their jobs. It's not just spanking, but abusers have gotten away with other sexual assaults including rape.
