I was in fist grade and it was one of my classmates birthday. Everyone was giving him playful birthday spanks, the teacher decided to take it up a notch and took him over her knee during circletime and spanked him over his jeans. Didn't look to playful but he didn't cry or anything so guess it wasn't to hard thankfully. I did not go to a spanking school, don't think she was allowed to do that, never witnessed a spanking at school again.
