I have read many accounts, some I believe to be true, with the economy being what it is more young adults are living with their parents and have gone back to the old ways. I would agree with "Reader". Of course its difficult to estimate. She comes across as a very sensible young lady which might suggest that her discipline days are over but it could also mean that she might be quite open to the occasional painful reminder from her mom.

Of course she wouldnt mention this in the article either way so we can only guess.My best guess would be that IF her mom suggested a spanking for a certain offense, she wouldn't argue for a second.

If you combine this with the fact that some misbehaviour happens even to the best girls (e.g. speeding, smoking, getting drunk at a party, procastrinating etc.) her mom might for example suggest a moderate caning in the seat of her jeans...

She also contributes by helping them with various things. So unless I missed something, I also consider it unlikely that she is spanked. If she is then her writing deliberately avoided that.
