We both know that it is forbidden since Nov. 2000!
In Hamburg, Köln, and Berlin alone, massive violations have been recorded in the last 5 years.
Children have been abuse so badly that they were killed or seriously injured by their parents between the ages of 3 months and 9, and that in apartment buildings with at least 10 apartments.
Nobody said or did anything!
Civil courage? ... nothing !!!
In this period, children have even starved to death, or cars with babies and small children parked in the sun have died of heat stroke!
Abuse does not start overnight.
You can hear screams, cries and more for months if you pay even a little attention.
You see the children; you see whether they are healthy, whether there is laughter and joy after the tears, or whether they are quiet and afraid.
Nobody can stand up and say, "We didn't hear anything or we never noticed anything.“
The negative highlight is that the authorities were often informed that something was wrong.
But they did nothing!
They prefer to excuse themselves by saying, “We have hundreds of families that we have to look after, with 2-4 people.”
But the statement that they have hundreds of cases is already worrying.
So what do you think: how high is the number of unreported cases when it comes to a completely normal spanking?
Please don’t be naive and don’t think that just because corporal punishment of children has been banned in Germany, it doesn’t happen every day.
It´s happend every day!
You, Rebecca, if you live where I suspect you do, you know exactly what has happened in FRG the last 5 years alone!

Since I was spanked myself, I don't really enjoy this show.
Because I can never be sure if the child needs help or if it's just a simple beating.
Here in the States, you can even buy paddles and the like at Walmart; in Germany, only in sex shops for BDSM-oriented people.

I has to see a video the other day, in which two women with a little girl were filmed, by a surveillance camera, on the pakiering.
The mother (I think it was her) opened the back door of her car, then grabbed the girl and spank her buttocks and face, with her hand.
The whole thing was observed by a passing passerby, but he walk further.
After the child was put in the car seat, the mother looks intense around, bevore there were more hits, that looked like she was now give her a series of box punch´s, the girl on the legs, face/head, and probably also on the butt, since you could see her trying to turn the girl.
The girl was definitely no older than 5-6 years old at the most (more likely younger).
I sat in front of the screen with a big lumpin my throat, my eyes filled with tears in my eyes when I saw exactly that.
This has absolutely nothing to do with discipline.
This was all about cruel beating the girl and thus abusing her!
I hope so the police has find the mother and safe the girl.
It really hurt me just watching in silence.
I diden´t can replay thuse again.

I think I saw it on YouTube under the heading "Unbelievable traffic incidents.".
The whole thing is supposed to have taken place in front of Walmart—in the Midwest, but I'm not sure.
But one thing is certain: It happens every day and if you've never seen it, okay.
The chance is much more higher, to observe this in a big city as a village.
Help if you see cruel things and go not further.
