It is true that I do not all the details that go back to last year. You are probably justified in your feelings and understandably did not want to meet. But the issue for me was that you made the appointment. You probably should not have given what happened last year. But you nevertheless made the appointment. It was then incumbent on you to at least cancel it if you did not wish to attend. Instead you just blew it off. That was not a grown up way of dealing with the matter. A direct confrontation would have been the best to get it out of your system. But if you simply lack that resolve, you should have at least cancelled the appointment. Like part of the 'lecture' she gave me when me and Shelby visited yesterday was how her time is valuable and she enjoys our visits and set aside time in her schedule to see me and at least a phone call to let her know would have been appreciated. And she lectures in such a way that makes so much sense, never raises her voice and that makes it so much worse. I mean even know I'd already gotten 2 whoopins for it, just yell at me. And then I had to sit there while Shelby assured her that I had been thouroughly punished for my inconsideration and asked her if she felt I deserved any further punishment ect and I just had to sit there with my butt burning and then we all had a 'nice' chat and lunch.
