 Our punishment went over the line of abuse several other girls got sick the emergency room doctor that saw me and several other girls report that we ran way to long especially after a hard practice even though she was not prosecuted I was 13 last year on the middle school team . The new coach worked us hard she benched us to punish sitting out a game or part of a game got our attention . The high school coach still ran but not in excess the next year the school banned running on advice of thier attorney . I have three daughters the youngest 11 a 13 and 15 they all play sports the younger one volleyball the older two softball . For boys and girls sports teach teamwork and sportsmanship and leadership .
