I wasn't allowed anything but full cut cotton panties till I was 15. Once a girlfriend lent me a pair of nylon panties and by mistake, I wore them home. I proceeded to get in some minor trouble at home and was sentenced to a hand spanking.

But when my mother raised my skirt and saw the nylon panties, she went to my dresser and procured a hairbrush. She spanked me over the panties with the hairbrush till I was screaming.
She then put me to bed with no dinner.

Around 9Pm, she came in with a sandwich and a glass of milk. When I'd finished that, she offered me the choice of taking my hand spanking the or the next morning.

Boy shorts are OK, but overall still prefer the bikini briefs; prefer cotton but nylon are okay too. Not sure if that's what others are referring to as "little girls panties."
