Subject: Do some fashions make spanking easier

 Some years ago a woman commented on the new miniskirt fashion, that it women would be able to run easier — and they’d have to.

Question for ladies experienced in giving, getting, or both: Starting with the aforementioned easier to flip up miniskirt (or flip down bikini bottoms), have those and more recent fashions made spanking easier for the spanker, bad for the one spanked? I assume that thongs eliminate the need to pull down panties, slit skirts are easier to raise, thigh highs and garter belts make access to the bottom and thighs easier, leather pants and yoga pants might make it hurt more. Your thoughts ladies?

When I was a lad, there was a joke going round that I'll adapt for the present subject.
