 Same for me. Even the "normal" ones are awful.

I got a couple enemas growing up. I had a constipation problem and an old-fashioned nurse as a grandmother. My mom never gave me enemas, and my grandmother gave them only as a medical treatment. They weren't for punishment but weren't pleasant either.
