The belt spankings as described seem horrific. It seems to me that an over the knee hand or hairbrush spanking is sufficient for any age. When younger, the discomfort imparts the message. When older, the humiliation of being over a lap, especially a mom’s lap, would do the trick. I knew guys who would brag about having gotten it with a belt, but would never admit they had been over mommy’s knee.

As to effectiveness, a girlfriend slapped two tones once and about 10-12 swats on her panties while she was over my knee brought tears to her eyes and calmed her down.

What are others’ thoughts on this?
