I remember I saw my dad staring at my sisters jiggling butt grinning while he spanked her as hard as he could. I am sure he did the same when spanking me. My butt was considerably larger and jiggled even more. (Not that I paid any attention to this during a spanking but it was a concern otherwise)

I hated feeling the jiggling when I walked and I was teased at school for my jiggling butt. Both by boys and girls. There were of course many girls who had jiggling butts in their teens but not to the same extent as my. So it was indeed a concern. The concern was reduced though when I got boyfriends who adored the jiggling, one even got aroused just from that knowing that I felt the jiggling myself. Today I am fine with it and also my hubby adores it. But back then it was a major concern.
