Hi Autum,
My school doesn't paddle. We are also not required to shower. My bottom was seen while changing out for gym.

The paddle is one dad made it is oval a little bigger than a jokari paddle with holes the strap is a big split tail called a tawse it hurts like anything I get it laying on my bed my bottom gets scalded I have two younger sisters get it the same way with both of them our bottoms get scalded we get it bare from the waist down
