As my name suggests, I am not a girl but I was a male sitter from when I was age 16 to 23. There was one girl named Rebecca who I started looking after when I was in college and other than my little cousin she was the only girl I ever babysat for. Her parents were by no means conservative or traditionalist types, but they openly and unflinchingly gave me the authority to spank their daughter from when I first looked after her when she was 8 to when she was 12 and I moved away. Their two conditions were that I was not allowed to use any type of implement, only my open hand, and the maximum number of spanks could not exceed twice whatever Rebecca's age was. There was zero limitation on what clothing I could order her to remove, meaning I was allowed to not only spank Rebecca's bare bottom, but make her strip naked as punishment (something that I never enforced, before you ask).

People define 'a spanking' differently, and over the 5 years I sat for Rebecca there were dozens of swats I gave her as a warning to get her act together. There are 7 occasions I can recall where I looked Rebecca in the eye and told her she was getting a spanking as punishment for her behavior. On all 7 of those occasions, her pants came off and I inflicted an over the knee hand spanking. On 3 of those occasions, I ordered her to take off her underwear as well and she went over my lap naked below the waist.
