The Girl Scouts would meet at a local community center up the block & my friends & I would harass them while they attempted to have their meeting. One of the neighbors called my mother & ratted us out. When I went home my mother asked me what I had been doing & I said "nothing", she confronted me & I denied any activity. She then marched me up to the meeting & asked the girls if I had been one of the boys creating mischief & they ID'd me to person. I had to undress & go over her knee on the spot, she then put me in the corner right there & said when they were finished, I'd be happy to sweep the place out & straighten up. I never bothered them again.

I tattled on my siblings even though my mom has repeatedly told me to talk out arguments out instead of coming to her. I was about 10 and I tattled and my mom slapped me across the face. I wasn't expecting that. I cried from the sting and pain of the slap. I went to the bathroom and saw the redness on my cheek. I washed me face as I was crying. The pain slowly went away and so did the redness. I never did that again.
