The only exception was during the school year if we had a lot of homework to do we would be allowed to sit on the hardwood chairs at the kitchen table to do our homework instead of standing in the corner. It was also somewhat common for us to have to wait in the corner for anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes before getting a spanking. We were naked for our spankings and corner time was the same. There wasn't a timer or anything for us either. Mom or Dad would send us to the corner and were were expected to stay there until one of them told us otherwise. If you do, then it is back over mom's knee for a refresher with her paddle and then time starts over. and, yes, it is super humiliating if anyone comes over and sees you in the corner. My corner time was my age x 5 minutes, so at 10 years old I was doing 50 minutes. A timer was set & until it went off no talking, no rubbing, no leaving.
