No idea. I have heard of Amazon pulling books, but you cannot predict which books are going to disappear like that or even what is going to be available in what country.
Series by major authors like Dale Brown will be fully available in the US, but only partially available elsewhere.
I remember bookmarking a science fiction action series on Amazon only to find that the ebook versions of the stories had been removed a couple of months later leaving only the print versions.
There's no rhyme or reason to it.
