Author: Everyone needs at least 1 day off per week
Subject: Moderation is the key. Too much of anything is bad for you. Classes can help, but your child should not be doing high impact physical activity 7 days a week. Impact does help stimulate bone growth young or old, but your body has to have time for the process to occur, for your body to heal. If you have any question as to how much training is too much I would talk to your child's pediatrician/consult a physical therapist.

  • A little conditioning has gone a long way in cutting down on injuries, both acute and chronic. As with everything, balance is key. (NT) -- Good luck!, 19:28:52 03/14/18 Wed
