I think it is that some may be waiting for a new dress for O's. I think it's a great choice but would not like to see a rule that requires all black. It's great for those with a nice figure but could be so mortifying for changing bodies or those who are not thin and could lead to dancers not competing. Also... -- -, 15:22:01 09/22/18 Sat
