If the patent is not good then you are free to build and sell your own P3s. The patent protects the company. I have never bought one thing in my life based on it having a patent or not.

You obviously have not tried it. The fundamentals are exactly the same as they have always been. In CG you do not face the ball at impact, in NG you do.
