I agree with the point that a mother's duty extends beyond the sole care for the physical development of her son and includes also his sexual development. As mrs_ladybird has already emphasized, and is supported by the view of the expert in this article, a mother should ensure hygiene and health also in the genital area, where she should check the position and from of the testicles and the free retraction of the foreskin and full disclosure of the penis head. It is undoubtedly true that for a normal and healthy development of the male sexual organs a certain degree of masturbation is required.
